  1. Please restart Windows before you install CD Box Labeler 98

  7. If you don't have the VISUAL BASIC 5 SERVICE PACK 3 RUNTIME FILES, 
  8. you will need to install the file "VB5RTSP3.ZIP" first,
  9. if you don't have it you can get it at my homesite at

  20. Run "setup.exe" and follow the instructions.
